Spooky Skulls made from marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles. Inspired by this recipe from Martha Stewart. They didn't come out quite as cute as Martha's did, but what ever does? They were a big hit at the preschool pumpkin party today.

This was done by Nancy S. Brown. I believe that she did this "pup art" quilt last year that was one of my favorites at the show. I love her quilts, and she is local to me, I am going to look in to taking a class with her.
Pacific International Quilt Festival
Has it really been three months since I posted here? I've been gone so long the interface at Typepad even changed. I have been way too busy with a work project and I'm glad to be back. I just spent two fun filled days at the Pacific International Quilt Festival in Santa Clara, CA with two friends. We had a great time and I have lots of photos of beautiful quilts from the show.
